Student Ministry Leader (Ref#093)
Student Ministry Leader
Full-Time • Elizabethtown, KY • On-Site • Reports to: Campus Pastor
Position Overview
This role is about shaping lives, not running a program. As a Student Ministry Leader at the Elizabethtown campus, you will lead the team responsible for helping students know and follow Jesus. You will do this through discipleship, not through events. Your work has a long tail, and that's the point.
You will build and shepherd a team of staff and volunteers, develop leaders who disciple students directly, and partner intentionally with parents. You will also preach, teach, and carry spiritual responsibility for the students and leaders in your care. This is a full-scope pastoral role, not a coordinator position.
The church operates across multiple campuses in three states, and you will work within that larger framework while building something real and rooted at your campus. Central resources exist to free you from administrative overhead so you can focus on what actually matters: the people.
