POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client, an Alabama-based fencing company experiencing explosive growth year after year, is seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Content Creation & Strategy: Develop engaging content for web, social media, email, and other digital platforms. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure messaging is consistent with brand voice.
- SEO & SEM: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase traffic. Manage paid search campaigns to achieve optimal ROI.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to engage with our audience, increase followers, and enhance brand presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track and measure the performance of campaigns. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing. Perform competitor analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Create & Implement company SOP’s through an LMS (Learning Management System): Work with the team to create SOP’s from all aspects of the company, including sales, pipeline management, and the installation process through the power of video learning. This will include using a LMS system or other systems to deliver the training.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role skilled in visual storytelling or creating video content.
- Skills:
- Proven experience with SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Live within driving distance to the Auburn area or be willing to relocate.
COMPENSATION: Annual Salary plus medical insurance, 401K plan, PTO, and paid holidays.
