We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Pediatric Consultant to join our medical team. The successful candidate will be expected to provide expert care in pediatric and/or emergency medicine, support junior medical staff, and actively contribute to clinical quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to pediatric patients in both inpatient and emergency settings
Serve as a clinical leader and role model within the multidisciplinary team
Supervise, teach, and mentor junior doctors, residents, and medical students
Participate in departmental audits, quality improvement programs, and continuing education
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and SCFHS standards
QUALIFICATIONS

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in culturally diverse environments
Medical Board Certification in Pediatrics
Certification must be obtained from a first-tier country (USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa) in accordance with SCFHS classification
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience following board certification
Eligible for licensure and classification as a Consultant by SCFHS
