POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client profile works on projects in Asia as well as in support functions for European projects. They consist of around 12,000 experts in more than 25 countries. They are a technology leader in the area of digitalization of infrastructure and construction works. They provide digital inspection, planning and maintenance solutions to our customers. Their Vietnam subsidiary works closely with colleagues in France, Germany, Italy, the UK, the US, Spain and other Socotec offices. For the office in Hanoi, we are looking immediately for a BIM Modeler.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Convert point cloud data into CAD models/drawings using software like Revit, AutoCAD, or similar;
Collaborate with site teams to verify as-built conditions and integrate them into drawings;
Ensure integrity and quality of CAD models/drawings;
Maintain organized datasets and documentation for project records;
Coordination of modelling, deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Road & Bridge/Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of English.
Experience in infrastructure projects is an advantage
Must have exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
