POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler (Pointcloud Modeling Engineer) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting point cloud data into precise, accurate, and actionable 3D models using advanced BIM software. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of point cloud data into the building information modeling (BIM) process. Your expertise will help optimize design workflows, enhance project efficiency, and ensure accuracy in documentation for construction and renovation projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Convert point cloud data into CAD models/drawings using software like Revit, AutoCAD, or similar;
Collaborate with site teams to verify as-built conditions and integrate them into drawings;
Ensure integrity and quality of CAD models/drawings;
Maintain organized datasets and documentation for project records;
Coordination of modelling, deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Road & Bridge/Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of English.
Experience in infrastructure projects is an advantage.
Must have exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
