POSITION OVERVIEW
The Superintendent serves as the spiritual, academic, and operational leader of the school, ensuring that all programs, personnel, and initiatives align with the school’s Christ-centered mission and vision. This role provides strategic leadership across curriculum, faculty development, policy implementation, school-wide planning, and community engagement while fostering a positive, spiritually nurturing, and academically excellent environment.
The ideal candidate is a committed follower of Jesus Christ with demonstrated educational leadership experience in a North American context, strong administrative skills, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for international Christian education.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the school’s spiritual climate, modeling Christian character and inspiring staff, students, and families.
- Oversee academic excellence, curriculum development, and continuous school improvement.
- Supervise administrators and faculty, ensuring strong hiring, evaluation, and professional growth systems.
- Execute Board policies and report regularly on school progress toward mission and strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and local legal requirements.
- Guide budgeting, operational policies, and long-range planning.
- Strengthen communications with all school constituents, including parents, staff, and mission partners.
- Build and lead an effective Leadership Team and support positive community relationships.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Master’s Degree required
- Minimum 5 years experience in teaching and/or school administration
- Experience in effective team leadership
- Background check
- Successful completion of overseas training requirements
- Personal:
- Mature and growing Christian.
- Teachable, flexible, demonstrating sound judgment.
- Willingness to work in and adapt to a multicultural workplace.
- Philosophy of life and ministry that aligns with the organization's policies, objectives, and doctrinal position.
- Engagement in personal ministry outside the classroom.
