KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a schedule and caseload that includes intakes, individual sessions, and group therapy.
Collaborate with other team members as it relates to the clinical service model.
Document clients’ progress, using outcome measures, clinical decision making, remote monitoring data, and client feedback.
Proactively engage in community relations activities as needed.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

General Experience: Two (2) years of addiction counseling / therapy experience required. Minimum two (2) years of experience completing client intakes, and leading individual and group therapy in an SUD setting.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Licensing: An active behavioral health licensure in either or both Oregon or California, including but not limited to: LCSW, LMHC, CADC I, CADC II, or CADC III with ability and willingness to obtain licensure in other states.
Remote Work Requirements: Access to a reliable internet connection and a private workspace to conduct virtual meetings and supervision sessions.
Skills:
- Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
